    How much is the accommodation fee for children?

    Children under elementary school age can stay for free if they share a bed with their parents. If they use a single bed (or futon) by themselves, they will be charged the same price as an adult regardless of age.

    What amenities are available?

For standard rooms, please choose some of the amenities from there.

    Are there amenities and rental items for children?

    We have pajamas for children (120 cm), a cup for rinsing, and a toothbrush for children available at the amenity buffet. We also have baby beds (1,100 yen per night) and waterproof sheets (free of charge) available for rental. Please ask when making your reservation.
    We also have toys for children (puzzles, picture books, DVDs). *Due to limited numbers, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

    Is internet access available in the rooms?

    Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) is available in all rooms. A LAN line (wired) using optical fiber is also available.

    Can I switch between heating and cooling for each room?

    The air conditioning is managed centrally throughout the entire building, and it is not possible to switch between heating and cooling for each room.
    Depending on the outside temperature conditions due to the change of seasons, the hotel will switch the setting. (Please note that the switching process takes time and cannot be done instantly.)
    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. * Blankets, heaters, and electric fans are available. Please ask at the front desk.

    Is there parking?

    We have 30 parking spaces available. We charge 1,500 yen per car per night. Parking spaces are scattered around the hotel and we will guide you to the parking spaces in the order of arrival. (Please note that we may guide you to a location a little further away.)
    Please ask the front desk staff for assistance.

    * Parking is available from check-in to check-out. If you would like to use the parking lot before check-in or after check-out, please inquire at the front desk on the day.
    *Priority is given to guests staying at the hotel when using the parking lot.
    *There is a limited number of spaces available, so if the parking lot is full, please use a paid parking lot nearby.
    (Please note that the fee will be borne by the customer.)

    I'd like to send my luggage in advance. Can you hold it for me until the day of my stay?

    We will keep it for you. It will be brought to your room on the day of your stay.

    There is no such facility at the hotel.

    Can I get medicines?

    Until now, our facility has kept pharmaceuticals in stock and provided them upon request, but this has now been made clear to us that this is an "illegal act" under Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law.
    We apologize for the inconvenience, but from now on we ask that you prepare your medication before traveling, or purchase it at a hospital or pharmacy.

    Can I send luggage from Okayama Station to the hotel?

    There is a luggage service on the 2nd floor of JR Okayama Station, next to the Shinkansen ticket gate to the east. It is an affordable service that allows you to go directly to sightseeing or business without carrying any luggage. Please make use of this useful service. If you leave your luggage at Nekonote Station by 1:30pm, it will be delivered to your hotel by around 5pm on the same day. Learn more *There is no delivery from the hotel to Okayama Station.
