How much is the accommodation fee for children?
A.Children under elementary school age can stay for free if they share a bed with their parents. If they use a single bed (or futon) by themselves, they will be charged the same price as an adult regardless of age. -

Are there smoking rooms?
A.All guest rooms are non-smoking.
(Heated tobacco and electronic cigarettes are also not permitted.) If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking area (outdoors) next to the front desk on the 1st floor.

Are there barrier-free rooms?
A.We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we do not have any barrier-free facilities, including barrier-free guest rooms and public spaces. -

Do you have a crib?
A.Available for 1,100 yen per night.

What amenities are available?
A.Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand and face soap, nightwear (one-piece type), towels, toothbrush, shower cap, razor, hairbrush, cotton swabs, cotton pads, hair ties, green tea, roasted green tea, coffee, milk set. *We have an amenity buffet available in the lobby on the first floor. For standard rooms, please choose some of the amenities from there.
Q.Are there amenities and rental items for children?
A.We provide children's pajamas (size 120cm), a mouthwash cup, and a children's toothbrush in our amenity buffet. We also have baby cribs available for rent (1,100 yen per night) and waterproof sheets (free of charge). Please let us know when making your reservation.
We also have toys for children (puzzles, picture books, DVDs). *Due to limited numbers, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Q.Is internet access available in the rooms?
A.Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) is available in all rooms. A LAN line (wired) using optical fiber is also available.Disclaimer- Kurashiki Royal Art Hotel's Internet connection service is intended to be provided free of charge.

Q.Can I receive BS broadcasts?
A.We are sorry, but we cannot receive BS broadcasts.Q.Can I switch between heating and cooling for each room?
A.The air conditioning is managed centrally throughout the entire building, and it is not possible to switch between heating and cooling for each room.
Depending on the outside temperature conditions due to the change of seasons, the hotel will switch the setting. (Please note that the switching process takes time and cannot be done instantly.)

Is there parking?
A.We have 30 parking spaces available. The charge is 1500 yen per vehicle per night. The parking lots are scattered and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. (Please note that you may be directed to a location a little further away.)
*Parking is available from check-in to check-out. For parking before check-in or after check-out, please inquire at the front desk on the day of your stay.
Please ask the front desk staff for assistance.
*Priority is given to guests staying at the hotel when using the parking lot.
*There is a limited number of spaces available, so if the parking lot is full, please use a paid parking lot nearby.

I'd like to send my luggage in advance. Can you hold it for me until the day of my stay?
A.We will take care of it for you. We will put it in your room on the day of your stay.

A.From Okayama Airport to JR Kurashiki Station North ExitAirport bus(The journey takes about 35 minutes.)

Are there facilities such as a sports gym, swimming pool, or large public bath?
A.There is no such facility at the hotel. -

Can I get medicines?
A.Until now, our facility has kept medicines on hand and provided them upon request, but it has been clearly stated that this constitutes an "illegal act" under Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law.
In the future, we kindly ask that you prepare these items in advance before your trip, or purchase them at a hospital or pharmacy. -

Can I send luggage from Okayama Station to the hotel?

We offer a luggage-related service located on the 2nd floor of JR Okayama Station, next to the Shinkansen ticket gates. This service allows you to travel directly to your sightseeing or business destinations without carrying your luggage, at an affordable price. Please take advantage of this helpful service. If you leave your luggage at the Nekonote Station by 13:30, it will be delivered to your hotel by around 17:00 the same day. Learn more *There is no delivery from the hotel to Okayama Station. -
